福建省人民政府关于福州市长乐区2017年度第一批次农用地转用和土地征收的批复

福州市人民政府：

你市《关于长乐区2017年度第一批次农用地转用和土地征收的请示》（榕政综〔2017〕1752号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：

一、同意将福州市长乐区境内农用地18.0929公顷（其中耕地16.6373公顷）、未利用地1.9563公顷转为建设用地。征收长乐市文武砂镇山顶村水田0.1015公顷、其他土地0.0004公顷，漳港街道万沙村水田12.9697公顷、旱地3.0002公顷、其他农用地1.4525公顷、城镇村及工矿用地2.2409公顷、其他土地1.8447公顷、未利用土地0.0279公顷，新宅村水田0.5659公顷、其他农用地0.0031公顷、其他土地0.0833公顷。合计征收集体所有土地22.2901公顷，按规划用途使用。

二、福州市人民政府须按法定程序和要求组织实施征地，切实做好被征地单位和农民的补偿、安置和社会保障工作。新增建设用地土地有偿使用费、耕地开垦费按规定缴纳。

三、福州市人民政府要严格按土地供应政策和用地定额指标等有关规定向具体建设项目提供用地，并按规定备案。
