福州新闻网10月14日讯（福州日报见习记者 林传枢）13日，我市今年第5场土地拍卖活动在福州市公共资源交易服务中心举行，本次拍卖继续采用“限地价、控房价、竞社会公共保障房”方式，成功出让7幅住宅用地。此外，宗地2017-30号、2017-31号社会公共停车场用地因竞买人数不足2人转为挂牌出让。

本次拍卖出让的7幅住宅用地土地面积384亩，总起始价102.47亿元，总成交价118.03亿元，平均溢价率15%。其中4幅地块未达到最高限价。

据介绍，今年以来，我市在持续加大住宅用地供应的同时，加快建立住房市场健康发展长效机制，大量建设并推出公共租赁房，继续降低保障门槛，同时抓紧研究制定安置型商品房、共有产权商品房等住房政策，满足社会各阶层住房需求。

截至目前，市本级已出让住宅用地1600亩，我市年内还将集中推出2批住宅用地，预计今年住宅用地供应量比2016年翻一番。
